Delivery times range from two to six days.
Delivery times
After production/order preparation (custom and business orders have a longer production time - see deadline on the chosen product), you will usually receive your order within 24H in mainland Portugal.

Normally our products are not subject to customs duties outside the European Community, however, taking into account the changes made by customs around the world, WebStore is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may exist outside the European Community.
Note: Delivery times for orders are estimated. Any delays in delivery will always be the responsibility of the transport operator and not of the WebStore.
If there is any delay in delivery, please contact us so that the WebStore with the carrier can request the necessary clarification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
- actual or volumetric weight of the parcel (whichever is higher);
- carriers' tariffs, which are periodically updated.

Once your order has been validated, you can make your payment through a link to the PayPal page, using your credit or debit card or your PayPal account.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card (Through PayPal)
After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email to access the payment area where you must make the payment.
PayShop and ATM Payment
After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email with the payment details / references in which you can choose to pay with PayShop accepted in any establishment that accepts this type of payments and ATM "Payment of Services/Purchases" at ATMs or HomeBanking for the total amount of the order.
Payment by Bank Transfer
After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you can make the payment of your order by bank transfer.
